‘A Star Is Born’ In Theaters This Weekend (Trailer)

The much anticipated "A Star Is Born" hits theaters Friday (Oct. 5), this is the third remake of the film. The original was released in 1937. Judy Garland, James Mason, Barbara Streisand, Kris Kristofferson starred in the previous remakes.

Musician, Jackson Maine, (Bradley Cooper), convinces a gun shy, Ally, (Lady Gaga), to realize her dream as a singer. Maine struggles with his own demons as he falls in love with Ally. Dave Chappelle, Sam Elliot, and Andrew Dice Clay also star in this Cooper directed musical romantic drama.

The movie comes with high critical acclaim, including a 93% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Gaga recently appeared on Ellen, where Degeneres said she will win an oscar for her role.
