A second Catwalk Boutique is set to opens it's door in The Berkshires. Not familiar with Catwalk? You're missing out. Catwalk has no pets, but plenty of fashion.

The Berkshire Humane Society, which has been helping animals and people since 1992, has a few locations throughout Berkshire County, including it's shelter on Barker Road in Pittsfield, Purradise feline adoption center in Great Barrington and Catwalk Boutique also in Great Barrington. The success of the shop has sparked the organization to open a second location in Lenox.

Opened in May 2014 Catwalk specializes in affordable women’s clothing with an emphasis on designer and upscale labels, current and contemporary fashion. Customers can also purchase handbags, jewelry, shoes, and accessories such as scarves, hats, and gloves. All clothing is donated and is like new or very gently used and all proceeds go directly to BHS.

We hope this second shop will bring us even closer to our community and give people in Lenox and Pittsfield a new place to shop. We’d love to have events in Lenox, for both fundraising and adoptions. This shop is a great opportunity for us to close the gap in our budget. We need this revenue to help us fund all the programs and services that benefit both people and animals. Money has been very tight, as always. So this is a very important endeavor for our shelter.

John Perreault, Executive Director

The new location sits on Church Street in iconic downtown Lenox, right next door to Atla and Patisserie providing plenty of local and visiting foot traffic once doors are open. While an opening date has yet to be determined, a charitable clothing drive to collect donations for the Lenox store kicked off yesterday. All women’s clothing and outerwear, jewelry, shoes, handbags, wallets, scarves, hats, and gloves will be accepted. No lingerie, undergarments, bathing suits, men’s or children’s clothing.
