Would a call from Santa keep your little one on their best behavior this holiday season? Well the City of Pittsfield is helping bring calls from the North Pole to reality for local youth.

The Pittsfield Department of Community Development Recreation Program will be conducting their annual North Pole Calling Program Wednesday, Dec. 12 and Thursday, Dec. 13 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

To make sure your child gets a call on one of those days, they must be enrolled in the program. Sign-up forms will be sent home with Pittsfield students in kindergarten and grades 1 and 2.

In addition, forms are also available at the City Clerk’s Office in Room 103 of City Hall, 70 Allen St. or online.  Completed forms must be returned by Wednesday, Dec. 12. Please know the program is also open to older children as well, but submitted form is required for them as well.

Last year when the city ran the program over 125 phone calls from Santa were received.
