Forget The Razors, Lock Up The Tide Pods

I remember when the Gillette Mach 3 razor for men hit stores, it was amazing, finally, a smooth shave. When it was time to buy new blades; however, you had to flag down a worker at the local CVS or Target to unlock the refills. What a pain! The reason being, they are expensive and easy to steal.

The resulting health implications from misuse can be serious, known potential effects include seizures, pulmonary edema, respiratory arrest, coma, and even death, if swallowed, the detergent can burn the oesophagus and stomach as well as causing gastrointestinal distress.

Albeit, laundry detergent isn't commonly stolen, even though it can be pricey, retailers should consider locking up the darn Tide Pods until this thing blows over. Hey kids, go dump some ice water over your head and raise some more money for ALS, at least that won't kill you.
