The Town of Lenox has been nominated in USA TODAY's 10Best Readers' Choice travel award contest for Best Small Town Cultural Scene.

The Lenox Chamber of Commerce announced yesterday that an expert panel selected Lenox as a contender in the contest, which is being promoted by USA TODAY.  Voters are given four weeks to vote for the candidate of their choice at 10Best.com.  You can vote once a day, from multiple devices, for the duration of the contest. Voting ends Monday, May 14th at 11:59 a.m. and winners will be announced on 10Best and in USA TODAY.

Last year, Lenox won USA TODAY's 10Best "Best Northeastern Small Town".  The Chamber's marketing director, Jamie Trie, says that they are thrilled that the town is again being recognized on a national publication like USA TODAY.

Bigger isn't always better, especially when it comes to these 20 small towns, each with a population of fewer than 30,000 people (as of the last census). What each lacks in size it makes up for with a big cultural punch – museums, art galleries, performing arts and busy event calendars.
