Despite the challenges the pandemic posed for planning a traditional Pride rally, Berkshire Pride will celebrate Pride this month with a rally at Park Square.
"With the restrictions and protocols only just being lifted by the state and the CDC, we weren’t able to organize a full festival for June but wanted to create space for the community to come together and paint downtown Pittsfield Rainbow"

The Pride rally will take place Saturday, June 26 from 12:30 - 2:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to bring their flags, signs, and wear rainbows and/or rainbow colors.

Parking will be available in Downtown Pittsfield on the street and in several public lots, all of which is free on the weekends. The event is at Park Square and there are paved sidewalks and pathways, benches for sitting, and trees for shade, however, there will be no public restrooms available.
In past years, vendors, performers, community resources, and food trucks have flooded The Common on First St in Pittsfield to celebrate equality and acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community, and while this year won't quite be the same, it's still important we show our solidarity.
