A winter weather advisory is in effect for Berkshire County starting at 10 a.m. on Monday morning and lasting through Monday evening at 6 p.m.

Monday:

Cloudy with snow showers becoming a steady accumulating snow later on. High near 35F. Winds SSW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 100%. Snow accumulating 1 to 3 inches.

Monday evening:

Mostly cloudy. Low 27F. Winds W at 5 to 10 mph.

Not related to this system, however, more snow will fall tomorrow.

Tuesday:

Variable clouds with snow showers. High 36F. Winds WSW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 60%. About one inch of snow expected.

Temps could reach the mid-forties by Wednesday!
