Pet of The Week: Meet Penny

Every Wednesday at 8:30 Slater and I are joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This weeks pet looking for her forever home is Penny.  She's a Anatolian Shepherd/Mix, who's a year and a half old. The staff at BHS are referring to her as Perfect Penny. She's a sweet and active girl looking for a family to call her own. She's house trained house trained with regular outings. She enjoys walking, hiking,  running and playing around, but also likes to chill and stretch out for rest breaks. She's working on leash manners with my easy-walk harness and is doing pretty well. She does have a prey drive so watch out if she sees a bird or squirrel as she try to go and get them!
