Berkshire County Burger King Locations Offering Free Whoppers Via the Whopper Guarantee

Whether you are on the go or are in the mood for a burger and/or fries, Berkshire County has plenty of fast food restaurants to choose from, including the big chains like McDonald's, Five Guys, Wendy's, and Burger King.

One thing that happens from time to time, or for some, more than they would like, is that some of these chains don't always get your order right. Whether you wanted your burger without tomatoes or wanted a large order of fries and received a small, mistakes in customers' orders can happen. It may be for a host of reasons: maybe the team member taking your order didn't hear everything correctly, or it's a busy time of day, or your order was mixed up with someone else's. Whatever the reason, most people get annoyed when they don't receive exactly what they ordered.

One of those aforementioned chains is making good on their orders that aren't up to par with their guest's requests, and that's Burger King. According to a Burger King press release, the burger chain is rolling out the Whopper Guarantee. The Whopper is the brand's most beloved item, and Guests expect to have it served hot, and exactly the way they ordered it. So, if a Whopper doesn't meet a guest's expectations, the brand will not only continue to remake it on the spot, but they'll also offer the guest's next Whopper for free.

There are three Burger King locations in Berkshire County, including 29 First Street in Pittsfield, 500 Pittsfield Road in Lenox, and 74 American Legion Drive in North Adams.
