Biggins Diggins Opening Soon In Lanesborough

Jennifer and Terry Bishop are no strangers to the restaurant business, and opening soon at 543-545 S. Main St. in Lanesborough, is Biggins Diggins.

At the former Scully's Kitchen location, Biggins Diggins will serve up American food with "a smokey twist" for breakfast and lunch with delivery available. The Bishops plan to be open from 7AM - 3PM Tuesday through Saturday.

Jennifer has been a valued employee at Matt Reilly's (now Lakeside Bar and Grill), and Terry has managed and cooked for the former Fresco's in Pittsfield, also Tavern at the A on Crane Ave, and most recently That's A Wrap on the corner of First and Fenn St. in Pittsfield.

Anybody who knows Terry "Biggin" Bishop, knows he's an awesome cook, and Lanesborough could use another breakfast spot, especially with the closure of Rita Marie's.
