A restaurant group that is very familiar to Pittsfield and The Berkshires - Patrick's Pub, 101 Restaurant, The Heritage (formerly) - is heading to Bousquet mountain!

The Pittsfield ski area announced Tuesday a management agreement with McNinch Restaurant Group to handle all food and beverage operations beginning with the 2025-2026 season, according to a press release from Margie Laurin from Milltown Capital.

The partnership unites two Berkshire-based businesses known for quality service and community connection. Together, they plan to refresh the mountain's dining experience with approachable, locally-inspired menus.

What's Changing

John and Tucker McNinch will oversee all on-site dining, including Drifters, the mountain's full-service base lodge restaurant and bar, plus the first-floor quick-service window for grab-and-go options.

The team plans to introduce new menus and expanded après-ski offerings throughout the season, with more family-friendly options.

"We're excited that this new partnership will allow us to focus even more on what we do best, creating an exceptional mountain experience," said Kevin McMillan, General Manager of Bousquet Mountain. "Partnering with McNinch Restaurant Group ensures our guests will enjoy that same level of quality and care in their food and beverage experience."

Local Hospitality Meets the Slopes

"We're thrilled to partner with such an iconic Berkshire destination," said Tucker McNinch, Partner at McNinch Restaurant Group. "This partnership lets us focus on what we do best — creating welcoming, memorable dining experiences — while supporting Bousquet's mission to deliver an exceptional on-mountain experience."

The move is part of Bousquet's ongoing transformation under Mill Town Capital ownership, which has invested in upgrades to snowmaking, lifts, and programming.

Details on winter menus, hours, and special events will be announced as the season approaches.
