Christmas is less than a month away, and the hottest toys of 2025 are disappearing from shelves faster than you can say "sold out." If your kids have their hearts set on this year's must-haves, now's the time to shop before it's too late. I know in our house, the kids have made their lists already!

The Hatchimals Dinosaur: This Year's Elmo

According to toy industry experts, the toy everyone's scrambling to find is the Hatchimals dinosaur that actually hatches from an egg. Kids can watch as it cracks open and a baby dinosaur emerges with over 100 sounds. Retailers report it's already selling out at major stores across Massachusetts. Check local shops like Oh! in Lenox or The Toy Box in Great Barrington, or order online while Amazon and Target still have stock.

Easy-Bake Oven Flying Off Shelves

The nostalgic favorite got a major upgrade, and Walmart reports it's selling out in stores nationwide. If your child wants one, order online now or risk paying inflated prices from third-party sellers later. -today.com

Furbies Are Back

The '90s icon returned this year with a neon makeover, light-up tummy, and DJ features. Toy experts say they're moving fast at Target and online retailers.

Still Available (For Now)

According to retail analysts, LEGO sets, especially the LEGO Minecraft Creeper collaboration, Barbie Dreamhouses, and the Toniebox 2 audio player for younger kids are still in stock at Target in Pittsfield and online. NERF blasters, Beyblade battle sets, and BLDR Squishmallow construction toys are also widely available. "Bottomless Bricks" by LEGO enthusiast Erin Laundry is open in Pittsfield as well.
