‘Colonial Cannabis Company’ To Open In Pittsfield

Passersby of the former "Amazing" adult entertainment store at 1021 South St. in Pittsfield, (across from Guido's Fresh Marketplace), have been wondering what's next for that location since its closure over a year ago.

Tree removal and construction has been seen at that location over the spring and summer of 2019, and recently signage was added to the front door.

Slater was able to speak to Jack G. Carney, a representative for Colonial Cannabis company on Wednesday.

We are an adult use cannabis retail store and we hope to open within the first quarter of 2020. Anyone above the age of 21 will be permitted to shop at our store. We do not offer medical consultation or sales. - Jack Carney

Carney said the (his) company was based out of Seattle, WA, and has an affiliate store in Northampton as well.
