Critics and fans alike couldn't get enough of the Netflix Sci-Fi Drama Black Mirror when it debuted on the streaming service in 2016. The first four seasons left viewers wanting more, sparking rumors of when Season Five would start airing.  The rumors have started to boil over the closer we get to the end of 2018, as die-hard fans remember Season Four debuted Dec. 27 of 2017.

Then came the tweet.

In a now deleted Tweet by verified account NX, billed as 'The Netflix space to live everything super, sci-fi, the fantastic, and beyond', fans saw a premiere date for one episode of the acclaimed drama.  That date: Friday,  Dec. 28, matching up with last year’s Season Four release date.

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, is the title of the new episode, which suprise, suprise has people talking as well. A quick google search will tell you that The Bandersnatch is a creature in Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking-Glass. However TV Guide points out that the that title could also relate a 1984 computer game,  a game was previously referenced during Black Mirror's season 3 episode “Playtest”.

Although non of this is confirmed, super sleuth fans seem to be pretty confident on this one.
