The Berkshire Dream Center, in partnership with local stylists and barbers, are offering free hair cuts for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade during the upcoming school vacation.

For the past few years there have been similar programs for children before the new school year starts, but The Berkshire Dream Center wants kids to have a chance for a little touch up while they're on break, at no cost to their families.

The Berkshire Dream Center has been serving Berkshire County as an official non-profit organization since 2011, with the mission state; Find a need & fill it, find a hurt and heal it. We believing in providing hope to others by meeting both tangible and spiritual needs.

Located in the Morningside neighborhood of the city, in 2012 The Berkshire Dream Center expended to serve areas outside of Pittsfield and started outreaches in North Adams, and went on to open a second location in the north county city as well.
