The task of raising children is more difficult now than ever.  In relation to children's safety, privacy, and cyber bullying, online safety ranks as one of parents top concerns.

Herberg Middle School and The Elizabeth Freeman Center are joining forces to host a community discussion about kids, phones, setting limits, & online safety. The event will be held at Herberg Middle School in Pittsfield, Tuesday April 30, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.  Light refreshments will be served.

Representatives from Pittsfield Public Schools in collaboration with educators from the Elizabeth Freeman Center, will facilitate a discussion in which all are welcome to participate. Topics will cover, but not limited to online bullying, photo sharing, privacy and safety. If necessary, transportation will be provided from the Tyler Street Lab at 730 Tyler Street. Call 413-441-7145 for more information.
