Berkshire County is under a High Wind Warning until 4 p.m. Monday afternoon, according to weatherchannel.com.

Winds will be out of the west at 25-35 MPH, with gusts up to 50 MPH.

High winds could cause downed trees, powerlines, and debris. Use caution while driving and avoid standing or sitting near windows when inside.

Monday: Windy. Snow showers this morning. Becoming sunny later. High 41F. Winds WNW at 25 to 35 mph. Chance of snow 60%. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph.

Monday night: A clear sky. Low near 25F. Winds W at 10 to 20 mph.

Tuesday: Sunny, near 60.

A huge tree fell this morning on Appleton Ave and East St. in Pittsfield near Pittsfield High School.
