At 6 a.m. on Wednesday morning, I was gushing about McDonald's new Crispy Sandwich. Mind you, I can absolutely eat lunch food for breakfast.

So, I remember back in the day having a chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A, and I loved the pickles on top and the overall taste.

There are no Chick-Fil-A's around here and I just happened to notice and hear (on Live 95.9) about the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich from McDonald's.

It was THE PICKLES that got me interested, bro!

There are three ways you can order it.

Meal 4a: Crispy Chicken Sandwich: A crispy chicken fillet made with all-white meat, crinkle-cut pickles on a buttered potato roll. (I opted for this one).

Meal 4b: Spicy Cripsy Chicken Sandwich: A crispy chicken fillet made with all-white meat, crinkle-cut pickles on a buttered potato roll with McDonald's new spicy pepper sauce.

Meal 4c: Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich: A crispy chicken fillet made with all-white meat, add lettuce, Roma tomatoes and mayo.

So, the chicken is definitely juicy and crispy, but not TOO crispy. It's almost like steamed crispy. Right?

The butter-toasted potato roll is on point, and the pickles are crunchy.

Combine all this with McDonald's signature amazing shoe-string fries and a seltzer water, and I'm good to go. Two thumbs up!

A medium-sized 4a meal cost me $9.41 with tax.

St. Patrick's Day is coming up and at participating McDonald's you can order the Shamrock Shake right now.

McDonald’s Shamrock Shake is made with creamy vanilla soft serve blended with Shamrock Shake syrup and topped with delicious whipped topping.
