Job Title: Gutter Installers

Salary: $16-$18

Hours: 7-4 Monday–Friday

Position Summary: This person is responsible for working alongside the Gutter Foreman, accurately cutting materials prior to installation and assisting in gutter repairs and installs

Responsibilities and Duties: This person is responsible for the following but is not limited to

• Properly read contracts and SOW to efficiently install gutter system
• Assist with the installation of gutter system
• Soft carpentry; fascia installation, wood cutting, etc.
• Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and vehicles
• Inventory of trailer and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Carpentry Skills
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to climb, stand and work on ladder
• Ability to read a measuring tape and level
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs unassisted
• Ability to work well in teams and take direction
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal vehicle

Job Title: Office Assistant

Salary: $15-$17

Hours: 8-4:30 Monday-Friday

Position Summary: This person is responsible for all day-to-day operations in the roofing and gutter office’s

Responsibilities and Duties: This person is responsible for the following but is not limited to

• Answering phone calls/taking leads/scheduling estimates
• Calls potential leads
• Files paperwork and documents
• Assists in pulling permits and submitting warranties
• Assists in uploading of paperwork
• Assists in calling customers with installation dates
• Possess a working knowledge of Acculynx and its features
• Knowledge of materials used, procedures and warranties offered
• Ensures all customers receive excellent customer service
• Completes tasks assigned to them in a timely fashion
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Job Title: Roofing Repair Technician

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to assess roof and damage to provide a course of action to resolve the customer's concerns
• Roofing experience on both asphalt and rubber membraned roofs
• Ability to repair / replace flashing, ridge vents, install roofing vents, boots, skylights
• Provides customer with estimate for requested work
• Collects a signed contract prior to start of repair
• Collects payment at completion of job
• Communicates / schedules repair date and time with customer and lead repair technician
• Ability to work safely and follow direct orders / contracts
• Knowledge of roofing procedures and materials
• Ability to work and take direction with others
• Ability to carry 50lbs independently
• Ability to stand, move and work on a ladder
• Valid driver’s license

Job Title: Company Driver

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reviews the weekly schedule and delivers trailers to jobsites
• Checks with foreman's throughout the day to swap out trailers or deliver additional materials
• Dumps trailers at LVWTF daily
• Preventative maintenance to company truck; scheduling oil change, tire rotations, cleaning- inside and out
• Fixes flat tires on trailers
• Picks up surplus of materials from jobsites and returns to shop or lumberyard
• Picks up materials or skylights from vendors when needed and delivers them to the appropriate jobs
• Provides all documented dump receipts to office
• Must have a valid and clean drives license
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs independently
• Knowledge of roofing and materials

Job Title: Gutter Foreman

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reviewing all SOW's and job paperwork prior to installation
• Directing, supervising and assisting the gutter installation crew in all installations
• Ensuring material needed for an install is pulled and brought to the job site
• Communicating directly with the customer, Field Manager and Office Manager
• Effectively leads, supports and trains their crew
• Ability to problem solve to ensure installation stays on track
• Carpentry skills
• Documents crews hours and submits to HR weekly
• Ensures all job documentation, photos and paperwork is uploaded and submitted to the office
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized workspace
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and vehicles
• Ability to use/read power tools, levels, measuring tapes and cutting machinery
• Ability to move, stand and work on a ladder
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs independently
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal Vehicle
