Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

Stella and Chuck are both 5-year-old parakeets who came to Berkshire Humane Society because their owner was moving. Chuck is mostly yellow with green highlights and Stella is white with stunning sky blue.

These beautiful birds will be adopted out as a pair. January is Adopt a Rescued Bird Month, so we’re featuring Stella and Chuck to get them a home for the new year and to increase awareness that we care for homeless feathered friends as well as furry ones.

This week Haddad Subaru is sponsoring their adoption fee as their Pet of the Week. If you are interested in adopting Stella and Chuck, please contact our small animal department at 413-447-7878, extension 124.
