Candidates should have a Class CDL B and Hoisting/Hydraulic license, current DOT Medical Card. They also need to have experience operating heavy equipment, repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and have experience with snow plow operations.

They also must have a good work record and the ability to work mandatory overtime during the winter. They must pass a physical, drug and alcohol test and CORI check.
