Every Wednesday at 8:30 Slater and I are joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

Brady is this week's Pet of the Week.  This two year old male is a Siberian Husky who is still trying to figure things out and get more settled. He is still working on house training and tends to mark his territory on occasion. He has lived with another large sized dog and did well, the two were playful. Like any faithful companion, he loves going for a long walk.

Brady is a bit of an escape artist and likes to play catch me games when you want to get him for something.  He is definitely in need of sturdy occupiers and chew toys to keep him entertained.  Brady can be afraid of new people at first, so slow positive introductions to patient folks would be best. The kennel staff will be taking applications and finding him the most appropriate setting to help me become the best Husky I can be.
