Pittsfield Crosswalk Awareness Campaign

On Monday, July 15, there will be a crosswalk awareness campaign that has been orchestrated by Mr. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pittsfield. This event is in cooperation with the City of Pittsfield, The United Cerebral Palsy of Berkshire County, Ad Lib, The Commission on Disabilities, and the Pittsfield Police Dept.

Members of these organizations will be walking together on North St from Park Square to Maplewood Ave from 10:00 AM until approximately 12:00 PM. They will be making street crossings with the assistance of the police dept. to create awareness of pedestrian safety, particularly for those with disabilities. Anyone is welcome to join on this walk for awareness as we will be starting from City Hall located at 70 Allen St.
