Pittsfield Fire Dept. Knocks Down Vehicle Fire Outside Of Granite City On East Street (Video)

The Pittsfield Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire outside of Granite City Electric Supply at 1400 East St. at around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

The video below and picture were provided by an employee at Granite City.

I was able to speak with Capt. Mitch Kellar from Pittsfield Fire and according to him, the crew from Engine 6 was able to extinguish the blaze fairly quickly. The fire is not considered suspicious and no injuries were reported.
