Pittsfield PD Ask for Help in Search For Missing Teens

The Pittsfield Police Department is asking for assistance in locating the following two missing/runaway juveniles.

Dylan Welch is a 15 year old white male, approximately 5’5” and 110 pounds with brown eyes and dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and black and white sneakers.

Laura Ortiz is a 16 year old Hispanic female, approximately 5’6” and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green jacket, black shirt with white writing, and black leggings. Laura also has braces and a nose ring.
