A Pittsfield woman was arraigned in Berkshire Superior Court on Monday for misleading a police officer.

Yulanda Chadwell, 37, had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on one count of the charge according to the Berkshire Count District Attorney's Office.

Chadwell, allegedly, provided police with misinformation in relation to the July 4, 2017 murder of 39-year-old Paul Henry. The incident in question is alleged to have occurred this past September.

She was released on $2,000 bail by Judge John Agostini and a date was not made public for her next appearance in court. The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Detective Bureau with assistance from the Berkshire County Sheriff's Office, State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force and the Massachusetts State Police Firearms Identification Section.
