Slater Found This Weird Note Taped To His Front Door

I came home from work the other day and found what I thought was the oil bill taped to my front door. In actuality what I came to discover was a hand written note on an index card with instructions to call "Nick" who has a local "413" number with an 5 digit extension.

I almost through the note in the trash, but my curiosity got the best of me. I googled the number to find that others in Massachusetts received similar notes attached to their doors. Some claimed he was a private investigator, some the "REPO MAN".

My bills are paid! Anyone get one of these before? See below.
