Taconic Grad Cast In New Netflix Series

Taconic class of '18 graduate and current employee at Ronnie's Cycle in Pittsfield, Jenna Bateman, can be seen as an extra on the new hit series "The Society" on Neflix.

Four years ago, Bateman auditioned for a Disney movie, didn't get the part; however, wound up in a child actor database. Once she turned 18, Jenna got the call inquiring if she was interested in becoming an extra on "The Society".

Filming of the series took place in the area of Lancaster, Concord and Ayer, MA. Jenna clued us in on some behind-the-scenes protocol such as wearing dull color clothing with no logos, and using vegetables and food they ate last night as faux dialogue.

Bateman is currently taking classes at BCC, and wants to pursue acting. Check out the trailer below.
