Governor Charlie Baker ordered all restaurants closed on March 17, 2020 to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus in an attempt to flatten the curve.
This was a big hit to most Pittsfield restaurants. Although most were able to survive on take-out alone, the following eight restaurants have either permanently closed or have yet to re-open.
