Want to Work at the New Wayfair Call Center in Pittsfield? Here’s How to Apply
When we posted the big news about Wayfair opening up a brand new call center in Pittsfield, which will open 300 jobs in the city, the common responses we saw were tagging friends and family, "How do I apply?" and other like comments.
Well, for those who you wanted to get a jump start -- or let their loved ones know about it -- on applying for this new opportunity, you can now do so.
Wayfair has opened up their application process for the new center. Currently, the applications will be for full-time leadership, senior leadership and support positions. Benefits, according to Wayfair, include competitive pay, medical, dental and vision insurance starting on day one, employee discounts, paid time off and "opportunities to learn and grow your career."
" The ideal candidate is an energetic team player who understands how to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company," Wayfair said in their job description page for the positions. "We look for those who have an interest in innovating to solve business problems creatively, a willingness to immediately tackle key challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to change quickly."
According to the company, more positions will be listed closing to the call center's launch date which has yet to be officially determined.
