The weekend is upon us and as it looks right now, the weather is going to cooperate.

Here in the rolling hills and sprawling landscapes of beautiful Berkshire County, when the weather gets better, the weekend activities are a plenty.

This weekend is no exception. While there is a ton going on, here are five events that you should check out this weekend.

    Watch the NBA Finals Outdoors

    The Golden State Warriors hold a commanding 3-0 lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. Can LeBron and company keep the Cavs' season alive?

    Bring the family, blankets and lawn chairs to the Lenox Library's Roche Reading Park to enjoy Friday night's Game 4 on a giant outdoor screen. Pregame at 8:30 with a 9:00 p.m. tip-off.

    Popcorn and refreshments will be provided.

    Berkshire Craft Beer Festival

    The 4th annual Berkshire Craft Beer Festival is heading to the First Street Common in Pittsfield this Saturday. The event will feature beer sampling, live music, food and fun, all to benefit local charities.

    The biggest Beer Fest ever will feature over 200 different beers from over 75 breweries, live music from Whiskey Treaty Roadshow, Changes in Latitude and T-Bone Daddy.

    On top of that, the Mountain One Charity Chug Run 5K will kick off at 12:15. You can still sign up for the race at chugrun.com.

    Saturday Night Square Dance

    Capping off the 1st annual Northeast Fiddlers' Convention will be a square dance at Hancock Shaker Village.

    The square dance, which takes place Saturday night from 8 to 11 p.m., features live music from Bill & the Belles, one of the most popular roots bands on the scene today. The Square Dance will be called by renown caller and the Artistic Director of Revels North; Nils Fredland.

    Celebration of Life in Honor of Kassedi Clark

    There will be a celebration of life and trust benefit for the children of Kassedi Storm Clark on Sunday between Noon and 8 p.m. at Tavern at The A, Crane Ave in Pittsfield.

    Come celebrate Kassedi's life and join the community to help her beautiful children left behind have a trust for their future.

    Tickets are $20.00, $10.00 for ages 13-17, and kids 12 and under are free. The event will feature food, raffles, and live music from Harbour Grace, Shyne, Jill Gallagher Band, License To Groove, Bottoms Up, Evan Rude, and Live Wire.

    Melissa Etheridge Comes to the Berkshires

    One of the biggest female artists in the last few decades is heading to the Berkshires on Sunday night.

    Etheridge will be bringing all of the big hits you know and love, along with deep album cuts as she kicks off her summer tour in the Berkshires. She guarantees the concert goers will "feel better than when they came" upon the show's completion.
