Drive-In Movies Slated for Taconic H.S. This Summer
This summer drive-in movies are slated to take place in Pittsfield, thanks to the Berkshire Theatre Group and their new Sunset Cinema series.
Drive up and enjoy family-friendly movies in the comfort and safety of your vehicle at the Taconic High School Parking Lot. The outdoor arena will follow all social distancing guidelines and hygiene protocols to maintain the health and safety of all patrons and workers.
BTG is kicking off the series on July 10 with Disney’s Tony Award-winning musical Newsies: The Broadway Musical! On July 11 they will be showing The Wiz Live! and July 16 will feature Jurassic Park. Two additional movies scheduled for July 17 and 18 will be announced soon.
Gates open at 6:30 PM with a planned movie start time for 8:30 PM (sunset). The cost of each movie is $25 per car and there will be a food truck on-site with concessions for purchase.
