A Pittsfield man was arraigned in Berkshire Superior Court on Thursday in connection with the shooting at October Mountain in Washington on a total of 11 charges.

According to the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office, 23-year-old Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts each of kidnapping while being armed with a firearm and assault and battery, along with one count each of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, armed kidnapping with serious bodily injury, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Judge John Agostini ordered that the suspect be held without the right to bail at the Berkshire County House of Corrections.

It is alleged that Delvalle-Rodriguez assaulting and shot a 19-year-old man on Aug. 21. It is also alleged that he assaulted a 21-year-old man and allegedly kidnapped the two men, along with an 18-year-old female in connection with the same incident.

Earlier in the week, two other suspects -- 19-year-old Kevin Nieves and 24-year-old Daquan Douglas of Pittsfield -- were indicted in connection with the August incident. Nieves was ordered held without the right to bail while Douglas had a $10,000 bail set by Judge Agostini.
