Every Wednesday at 8:30 Slater and I are joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

Fluffy is the week's Pet of the Week. He's a nine year old neutered male cat, who was surrendered due to health of a family member.  He is huge love bug and would make a great, loving companion.  He has black, long, fur and as we wrap up October, National Black Cat month, the shelter would love to see him move to his forever home. Did you know black cats spend a third more time at the shelter than other cats?

To learn more about Fluffy and all the other pets looking for their forever home, spot by the Berkshire Humane Society at 214 Barker Road in Pittsfield, or give the shelter a call at (413) 447-7878.
