Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This week's Pet of the Week is Rhonda Rousey. Don't let her tough name fool you, she is a huge softie at heart! Rhonda is a 5-year-old boxer/terrier mix. Staff at the shelter think she would prefer a calmer house with kids who are 12 and up.

Rhonda loves making friends and meeting new people but new situations can be a little intimidating for her. All she needs is few seconds to come out of my shell. In everyday situations, she is cool, calm, and collected. Staff at Berkshire Humane think she would make an excellent sous chef at family barbecues or snuggle buddy on movie nights. If you're looking for a settled, refined best friend then look no further!

If you are interested in meeting the lovely Rhonda or would like some more information, please call the kennel staff at (413) 447-7878 ext.126.
