Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This week's Pets of the Week are Suki and Rosie. They are two young black and white female cats who shelter staff would like to be adopted out together. Suki is approximately 1 and Rosie is about 2 years old. Rosie has a unique, thin “lightning strike” running down her face. They were found as strays and are a bit shy, so a home without dogs and or young children would be best. They are great lap cats and are as sweet and affectionate as can be!

Only 4 more days to take advantage of Berkshire Humane's Adoption Extravaganza and get $50 off the adoption fee of every animal in the shelter as part of our ASPCA Subaru Loves Pets grant.

For the month of October, Berkshire Humane is offering $50 off the adoption fee of any animal as part of an ASPCA Subaru Loves Pets grant.

To learn more about Suku & Rosie and all the other pets looking for their forever home, contact the Berkshire Humane Society at 214 Barker Road in Pittsfield, or give the shelter a call at (413) 447-7878.

The Berkshire Humane Society is now open to the public, adhering to all state COVID-19 guidelines.
