This also goes for if you possess or sell/attempt to sell fireworks in Massachusetts. Fines range anywhere from $100 to $1,000, and imprisonment is also a possibility. That's definitely not a fun time for anyone. Mass.gov reminds folks to leave the fireworks to the professionals.
