The band voted Best in The Berkshires took the City Stage at Live on the Lake last night and for the first time in recent memory, it was actually sunny!

At one point, we all believed that Whiskey City had a cloud hanging over their heads. Literally. For years in a row, it seemed like every time the county rock band was scheduled to perform, we had to cancel due to bad weather. After the gorgeous night yesterday, I think it's fair to say the curse is lifted.

Randy, Frank, Dale, Darren and Beth took to the stage and entertained the large crowd with their signature county and classic rock combo, with favorites from Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams, Zac Brown Band and Gretchen Wilson. Crowds enjoyed food from Smokey Diva's BBQ, Papa John's Pizza, and Krispy Kones, while kids jumped non stop in the bounce houses from Party Time Rentals. A few lucky listeners even won some Live 95.9 T-Shirts in our Haddad Cornhole Tent during intermission.

All in all, it was great night at Live on the Lake. As always, we couldn't do it without Greylock Federal Credit Union. Join us next week for Generation X Rock!
