
Victim in Saturday Morning Pittsfield Shooting Has Died
The Pittsfield man who was shot and seriously wounded on Saturday morning in the city has died.
According to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office, 30-year-old David Green was pronounced dead Wednesday afternoon at Berkshire Medical Center.
The incident occurred at about 9 a.m. Saturday morning near the Spring and Willow Street intersection in Pittsfield and no arrests have been made.
The DA’s office states that this is now considered a homicide investigation. Pittsfield Police officials are seeking any information on the shooting to help with the investigation.
