Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This week's Pet(s) of the Week are Hamilton and Schuyler are 1 ½ year old grey and white brothers. They were initially surrendered to Berkshire Humane as kittens in 2019 and were quickly adopted. They were returned about a month ago because their owner lost their job due to the pandemic. Hamilton is the larger of the pair, has a brown dot on his nose, and the strong silent type, while Schuyler is more animated and energetic. Hamilton likes to look out the window and enjoys quiet bonding time with people. Schuyler likes to play with anything he can get his paws on, making new friends, and exploring. These buddies will sleep side by side. Please call Berkshire Humane Society feline staff if you have questions, 413-447-7878, extension 124 or email FelineServices@BerkshireHumane.org

To learn more about Hamilton and Schulyer and all the other pets looking for their forever home, contact the Berkshire Humane Society at 214 Barker Road in Pittsfield, or give the shelter a call at (413) 447-7878 ext 126.

Due to the rise in COVID-19 numbers locally, the Berkshire Humane Society is open and all services are available by appointment only for adoptions, surrenders, and our Pet Food Bank.
