Berkshire Humane Society Pet of the Week: Meet Draco
Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.
This week's Pet of the Week is Draco a one-year-old pit bull mix who was surrendered to Berkshire Humane Society because his owner lived in no-pet housing. This sweet goofball is ready to go home where he can stay for good. He loves other dogs but chases cats so he should go to a home without them.
Draco would do well in a family with children at least 5 years old and in a home rather than in an apartment because new situations and sounds can make him nervous. He loves to go on walks and will be your best hiking buddy. Draco’s skin is sensitive, so he’s on a special diet to help with that.
If you are interested in Draco, please call the Berkshire Humane Society kennel at 413-447-7878, extension 126.
