Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This week's Pet of the Week is Willow, an adorable brown seven-month-old scruffy terrier who came to Berkshire Humane from an overcrowded shelter in Mississippi. This tenacious terrier is a bit of a wild child. She's looking for a dedicated person who is willing to continue her training.

Willow is incredibly smart and learns quickly and would love an active family who is ready to get her out in the world to go exploring. She would much rather hit the trails than snooze on the couch. Willow does have "stranger danger" fear, particularly of men, but with a patient person, she'll overcome that easily with time and patience. She'll need to go to a home without children or cats, but another dog would help dissipate her energy. If you love terriers, then Willow is the perfect girl for you.
