Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This week's Pet of the week is Luke. Luke came in with several senior dogs as part of transport to Berkshire Humane from a hoarding case in Georgia. The great news is that many of those dogs have been adopted already, but Luke is still looking for a home. Luke is a handsome large yellow lab/pitbull mix, approximately seven years old. He's an active boy who loves to go for a walk and then come in and settle down for a nap. He can be shy at first but warms up to you quickly. Luke has an old cut on his face, which will require surgery that will be covered by Berkshire Humane Society. If you're interested in meeting Luke, please fill out an application online and call 413-447-7878, extension 126.
