Pet of the Week: Meet Romeo
Every Wednesday at 8:30 we're joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.
This week's Pet of the Week, Romeo is an 8-year-old neutered male American Pit Bull who is a favorite of Berkshire Humane Society Shelter volunteers. He came to Berkshire Humane Society because his owner was moving.
Despite his robust physique, Romeo is a sensitive and loveable goober. His skin is sensitive, too, and may require special care to maintain a healthy coat. Romeo walks well on a leash and does not react to other dogs, but he has a high prey drive, so should go to a home without cats. This sweet boy is completely house-trained and is ready to find his forever home.
If you are interested in Romeo, please call the Berkshire Humane Society kennel at 413-447-7878, extension 126.
