Pet of the Week: Meet Sammy & Spencer

Every Wednesday at 8:30 Slater and I are joined by John Perreault, Executive Director of the Berkshire Humane Society to discuss all the happenings at their Barker Road facility, plus talk about their Pet of the Week.

This week we're featuring two pets, Sammy and Spencer, who are young adult male domestic shorthair cats. They were surrendered together because a family member was allergic to them. They are both one and a half years old, Sammy is white and dark gray and Spencer is white and a lighter grey. Both cats are good with kids and are happy to cuddy in your lap, or even slept in bed with you. Spencer is a bit shy at first but warms up to you quickly. Berkshire Humane Society is hoping someone will adopt them together and as part of the buddy program, the adoption fee of the second cat is 50 percent off.
