Closing

Another business in the Commonwealth officially closed down for good this past weekend. And, even worse, it was family-owned and operated.

Massachusetts residents, just one week after closing down a popular restaurant in Western MA, the same company just closed another.

Some more sad news, Massachusetts residents, regarding the closing down of another popular restaurant here in the Commonwealth.

It's unfortunate anytime a business in the local community closes its doors for good. Recently, a popular pizza joint is closing its Massachusetts location after being in business for 25 years.

Wouldn't you know it, Massachusetts residents, yet another popular chain closed one of it's locations here in the Commonwealth.

A very popular burger chain has to close almost 80 stores by early February. And this chain is actually based right here in the Bay State.

No matter what business it is, it's always unfortunate to see any location have to close up shop. It just so happens that a popular retail chain recently announced that it is having to close several of its stores across the country, and that happens to include one of its locations here in Massachusetts.

An end of an era has come as Party City is planning on closing its stores after nearly 40 years in business. And they're not just closing some of them, they're closing all of them!

No matter what store it is, we always hate to see it happen wherever it may be, but especially when a store needs to close its doors in Massachusetts. One the more popular retail chains in the Bay State after the holiday season and in effect causing several layoffs for the current employees.

As everyone knows, times are especially tough right now. When a Massachusetts business has to close its doors for good, that just hits that much harder.
