Problems for the beleaguered Berkshire Mall continue.  The shopping venue made an announcement via their FaceBook page today, that they were closed until further notice. No other explanation was given.

Despite new ownership taking over in September of 2016, this latest closure comes after a series of temporary closures stemming from everything from multiple power outages to unpaid taxes to problems with the fire alarm system.  According to iBerkshires.com, the mall closed it's doors last week after judge ordered nearly $300,000 in assets be seized for a court settlement.

The mall's closure should not affect Target or Regal Cinemas, which own their own stores.
