I was speaking with Pete last year about his plans with the diner including what type of food they would be serving up at the diner.

Pete said,

Everyone was curious about what type of food, I'm going to use the strictly diner format, Straight up nothing but Diner, Bring it back to what it was years ago. We will serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Pete also said as far as the time frame for opening,

Shooting for mid October, there's a lot of work to be done,  like Inspections, a lot of cleaning, I also bought some new equipment.

So It took a bit longer thanks to the pandemic but it is open now and on the first day around 70 people showed up for breakfast.
